One of famous homemade from Ji Yi is loh bak, she bought all the ingrediant of making loh bak, and mixed it up then do the packing. Thereafter, she use newspaper to pack it up to ensure that taste of loh bak will no leak out, then kept it in fridge. Prior to cooking, she will take out atleast 3-4 hours before.
